Among other stupid claims DOJ made in its latest effort to hide Dick Cheney’s interview report was that, in spite of CREW’s list proving that the public release of investigation materials has always been routine, if a high level White House official thinks it will be routine, he won’t cooperate.

That the Appeals Court threw out the Wilsons’ suit is not surprising. That the logic in Sentelle’s opinion is so crappy and ignorant is. It basically argues that because Valerie Wilson has no recourse to the Privacy Act wrt Cheney and Libby and Rove, those thugs can violated Joe Wilson’s First and Fifth Amendment rights too!

Oops. Someone mis-read my post and asked Dana “Pig Missile” Perino whether Scottie McC really had said Bush authorized the leak of Plame’s identity.
But oddly, Pig Missile doesn’t deny that Bush authorized the leak. She only denies (correctly) that Scottie McC said it.
