| By: bmaz Friday November 12, 2010 7:40 pm |
There are rapidly emerging signs the Obama Administration is actively, quickly and covertly working furiously on a plan to retroactively legitimize and ratify the shoddy, fraudulent and non-conforming conduct by MERS on literally millions of mortgages. they are again going to give a bailout and retroactive immunity to craven banks and financial institutions that have wrecked the economy

| By: bmaz Friday October 29, 2010 9:55 am |
All signs point to the fact that President Obama considers DADT and LGBT discrimination to be merely a political problem and not a Constitutional rights issue. Are DOJ and DOI Making A Competent Legal Effort On Gulf Moratorium? |
| By: bmaz Monday July 5, 2010 2:34 pm |
If the Obama Administration and Interior Department Secretary Ken Salazar truly believe in the propriety of their six month moratorium, and are dedicated to fighting through appeal for it, why are their lawyers not acting like it? Are they really not trying because they really don’t care, or are they just sloppy and incompetent? It is one or the other.
