They oppose not being in power, not controlling events, not immunizing themselves from liability or enriching themselves through taxpayer-financed subsidies and contracts. That would be 20 events of waterboarding for Al Zubyadeh per round and over 40 for KSM. Let’s say you did one every 10 seconds with ridiculously short break for a single question.
