This was driven by have Auto dealers as state Rep’s and Senators…. </p> <p>the other mess was the zoning and growth planning is in the toilet as the other business group is the Real Estate/building industry and the last is the charter schools group….. so between the three….. it is a constant battle to keep their running through AZ with scissors under control is a full time job. Now you know why Gov.
