A bunch of folk from MyBO are planning some kind of deal over there, so I’m afixin’ to get in there early and get in line. Metro to Union Station, and then walk it down. since the PAA was passed last august, reid has had 5 fisa bills he could have brought to the senate floor (the restore act, the ssci’s s.2248, the sjc’s s.2248, h.r.3773 in march and h.r.6304).

two of those bills included retroactive immunity. three did not.
