Actually, that white thing on Kyl’s head in that picture is a hatch that opens to allow from removal of interneurons and insertion of poo; thus Kyl fully earns the fully appropriate designator “ole shit for brains”. I apologize for the blight my state is on the US Senate and the country as a whole. Not just one or the other, Arizona gives you the double barrel of hell that is the Jackass Johns, Kyl and McCain. It is embarrassing.

This has been asked repeatedly over the course of the last year or so, but I ask again; why are they continuing to destroy the accountability of the Government at this late stage?

This goes beyond just covering their own asses. As much as we’d all like to see it, I don’t think there is a chance in hell that anyone beyond a few abandoned stragglers are going to be charged with anything from this gang. What reason would they have to allow the next admin all this hidden power?

Are we really going to allow them to steal the next election without the pitchforks and torches coming out? The general populous may not be following the real news as we are, but I think they are at least awake and I hope the reaction to another election being fixed will be swift and pronounced this time.

Imagine how quickly government could be made efficient if the entire structure of the GOP, its Senators and Representatives, it’s embedded agency heads and lawyers, had something to do besides cover the backsides of George and Dick.

Kyl is just slapping bondo-on-chicken-wire, continuing to Hide a gaping hole in the Integrity of the Department of Justice.

If the “We make Private Reports to Bush Only” OPR remains the Investigative Arm for DoJ Lawyer Misconduct, then Bush could Theoretically place Complete Legal Frauds and Toadies in OLC - making Law for the Executive Branch - and Never have to Worry about Anyone Other Than Bush questioning their work, thanks to his Lackeys in OPR.

“Make My Law, and I’ll Approve of You - and I’m the Only and Final Say, too - If you can’t Make My Law, then I’ll Find Someone Who Will.”

Kyl is ‘codifying’ Bush’s Political Supremacy over the Rule of Law, right in front of Our Dems’s faces.
