If they had Dickie on malodorous phone calls we would know about it. Scuggs may well be guilty, but there isn’t diddly squat to prove it up that we have seen yet. So far, the government’s case is swiss cheese with holes big enough to drive a Mack truck through for any decent defense attorney.
