East Jerusalem is now home to about 200,000 Jewish settlers. Isreal is and will continue exacerbating for premptive war to keep the region from stabilizing. The Russians and the Chinese see the opening and are filling the vacuum created by the Bush admin. The Bush admin is grasping for political straws and are now seen as foolish, desperate and bad partners. (Britain and Austrailia are leaving the Middle East and Turkey is pressing) Bush is in a hornets nest and Cronkites sees the writing on the wall, big, big trouble ahead and risking the loss of 5th fleet could mark the end of the corporate empire.
